Here you will find a list of lawn services we provide.

BASIC - Our basic service includes:
•        mowing ( all lawn areas )
•        trimming ( along fences, buildings, and trees with special care so as not
to "ring" trees and shrubs )
•        edging ( all sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and flower beds )
•        blowing ( all sidewalks, driveways, patios, and edges will be left clean
and free of debris )
•        grass and weeds will be removed from cracks in pavement

DELUXE - Our deluxe service includes:
•        all aspects of the BASIC service plus...
•        maintenance of flowerbed's ( beds will be hand weeded as needed )
•        pruning ( hedges and shrubs will be pruned and shaped as needed )

TOTAL CARE - Our total care service includes:
•        all aspects of the DELUXE service plus...
•        lawn fertilization
•        weed control
•        Mulch and Bark Installation

Payment
Our services can be billed either per cut, monthly or annually.
We average 42 - 44 cuts per year depending on weather.

Billing is sent on the 1st of each month. Payment is due upon receipt.

•        Sprinkler Maintenance
•        Pruning (plants and shrubs)
•        Fertilize
•        Planting of Perennial or Annual Flowers
•        Mulch and Bark Installation

Documentation Service: Digital photos can be taken of the property
and we will send them to you via email. (Please simply request this service.
